If I describe it in few words then I’ll say that the fresh, floral air will boosts your energy; the warm, serene waters will revive you; the incredible, natural beauty will renews you. This is what Hawaii offers to every individual. If you look around, I bet that you will definitely say that there is no other place like Hawaii in this entire world. Whether you are a new visitor or returning, the six enticing islands of Hawaii will always offer you a distinct experience.
What fascinated me at the first stage is that Hawaii is entirely made up of islands that mean waters, greenery and lot of sightseeing opportunities. Hawaii engaged most of an archipelago in the central Pacific Ocean, southwest of the continental United States, southeast of Japan, and northeast of Australia. Hawaii has plenty of breathtaking beauties that make this state a popular destination for tourists, surfers, biologists, and similar to the volcanologists. From this, you might have realized what Hawaii has to offer to you. Its natural beauty, warm tropical climate, inviting waters and waves, and active volcanoes enhance millions of tourists to rush at Hawaii year round.

Hawaii has more than one million inhabitants along with numerous visitors and US military personnel. Honolulu on the island of Oahu is the capital city of Hawaii and again is a tourist hotspot area. Towards the southeastern border of the archipelago, Hawaii offers you eight main islands and they are Ni’ihau, Kaua’I, O’ahu, Moloka’I, Lana’I, Kaho’olawe, Maui, and Hawai’i. Out of this Hawai’I is the largest and is commonly called as ‘The Big Island’ just to avoid the confusion with the state as a whole. Beaches are just one of the Hawaii tourist attractions

When I went to explore Hawaii, I made it a point to visit all of the major Hawaii tourist attractions within a month. I am from Australia, and after checking out I got to know that visa is not needed to enter the provinces of the United States for Australians. Anyways there are several other nationals as well who do not need visa, but a valid passport is the only requirement. So just confirm it from your nearby embassy. Before reaching to Hawaii, my plan was properly set to explore what, how, when and where. Well, no doubt, every places of Hawaii offers magnificent beauty and is worth to explore.
After, reaching to the state of Hawaii through the Honolulu International Airport, I went to check into a reasonable hotel close to most of the tourist attractions. There are thousands of hotels and accommodation facilities at every corner of the state. Therefore, I choose to stay at reasonable priced hotels wherever I went. I took rest for few hours and went to wander around the streets and get familiar to the area. I am a kind of nature lover and love to explore historical sites and cultural attractions, and this land of beauty has many this types of attractions for me.
My first trip in Honolulu was at the historical site. I took a tour to the Iolani Palace for which most of the visitor’s remain eager. Iolani Palace is was the residence of the royal Hawaiian monarchy from the year 1882 to 1893. You can enjoy the musical and gala events at this site. The palace was designed and decorated with traditional Hawaiian flavor and was built at a cost of some $360,000. This lavish palace has lot to see and speaks for itself. I really loved the walls filled with oil paintings made by the former kings, queens, and other European royalty.

I was very mush excited to explore at least a little of the Hawaiian culture as well, so my first plan after reaching to the Island was to visit the Puuhonua o Honaunau National Historical Park. This location preserves a sacred area of this culture. The meaning of Puuhonua is Place of Refuge. This tourist attraction of Hawaii gave me a lot of information. This place covers many historical points of interest. In fact, the rocks of Puuhonua hold historical value. Most of the rocks were named for gods. You can play an ancient Hawaiian board game, or simply take a glimpse of the carvings in rock.

The Great Wall is a real fascination as it is dated back to some 1550 and separates Puuhonua o Honaunau from the chief’s palace grounds. This 1,000 feet long, 10 feet high, and 17 feet wide wall was built up of stone and held together by lava. One entire day easily passes at this wonderful site. There is a reconstructed village at Puuhonua o Honaunau where wooden houses could be found for chiefs and common residents. The royal canoe landing at Keoneele Cove, which was only used by royalty at one time, is today became a popular tourist attraction.
A day climbing at the tallest mountain of Hawaii, which is named as Mauna Kea, proved a great experience. This mountain has an elevation of 13,796 feet and is taller than Mount Everest. The climate of Hawaii has also produced a vast array of endemic flora and fauna. The state has more endangered species than any other states in US. Hawaii has lost a higher fraction of its widespread species. Visiting a variety of areas offer various sights to see and explore.
So if you are planning to visit this ideal travel destination, then try to reach here by waterways. This will give you more sightseeing opportunities. My plan to explore a lot of attractions, but at every walkable distance I found something interesting. One month has passed so easily. So it’s better if you hire a car and explore as much areas of interest as you can. In short, I can say that Hawaii is a captivating place that offers many places to go for outdoor nature walks, beach activities, ocean sports, exotic foods and many others. So experience and discover the state of Hawaii as among the special places in Hawaii tourist attractions
